Choose your own courses

Learn to produce many different styles of music using Ableton’s Live 10 software, a wide range of state-of-the-art and vintage equipment, and Midschool’s extensive vinyl and VHS sample library. This course is taught by Grant Burgess who has 20+ years of music production experience and many years of education experience.

Choose which classes interest you. We have Intro to Music Production I and II, Recording, Mixing/Mastering, and a series of unique, one-off classes like Sampling, Podcasting, and Live Beat Performance.

Each course is $99 and lasts for around two hours.

Studio time/Recording

Midschool offers studio time in our recording booth with an engineer present to help you record your vocals, instruments, or podcasts. Our rates are cheaper than nearly all recording studios in order to provide our community with affordable recording.
